Recreational Prep Optional
|
Our team practices are progressive, with summer camp and the first 2 sessions geared toward skill and routine development. The kids compete from December thru March either just for fun, for qualification to States and/or for their High School. The spring is for learning new skills for the next season and they also participate in our annual Spring Show where they receive a trophy and certificate for all of their hard work! We strongly recommend that the children attend summer camp and the full school year to receive the full benefits of the program. |

Rec Pre Team
This level introduces competitive routines and all that goes along with it! It’s a lot harder to put everything together in a routine than it is to perform an individual skill. Presentation, rhythm, and technique are stressed, as well as introducing the “rules of the game”.
|
Pre-Novice & Novice Rec Teams
This level is for athletes who have routines and are ready to compete. They may compete at the Pre Novice or Novice level depending on their skill level. Pre-Novice is roughly equivalent to Level 4, Novice - Level 5. All students are encouraged to compete but it is not required.
|
Intermediate & Advanced Rec Teams
This level is for girls preparing for, or already competing in the high school Interscholastic league. Intermediate is roughly equivalent to Levels 6 & 7, Advanced - Levels 8 & 9
