A Note About Teams


At this point in a child's’ gymnastics career there are 2 roads they can travel:

 

Recreational Prep Optional or
USAG Junior Olympic Competition


 

 

USAG Excel

gymnastics has a more low key recreational approach to competitive gymnastics where participation & fun are the motivational factors.

 

USAG Jr OlympicTeam is a more serious, high level training experience for the most talented & motivated athletes determined to reach their highest potential. (but don’t worry, they still have fun!)
