This summer we are running 7 weeks of summer camps. Days are filled with lots of gymnastics, swimming, arts & crafts and good old fashioned summer fun! You can choose between mini camps, half day & full day camps and pick the week or weeks that work best for your summer schedule. Camps are available for students ages 4.5 & up.

Mini Camp Tues and Thurs 9:00am – 12noon
Mini Camp Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am – 12noon
Half Day Camp Mon thru Fri 9:00am – 12noon
Full Day Camp Mon thru Fri 9:00am – 3:00pm

Summer Camp FAQ

What’s the Summer Camp curriculum?

The curriculum is designed to provide an, achievement-oriented program of progressive skills, conditioning and flexibility. Our gymnastics curriculum is based on the USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic and Xcel Programs as well as our many years of experience teaching gymnastics to children.

What is a typical day at our Summer Camp?

The children will do 5 different gymnastic rotations each day, working on skills, combinations and routines on each event. They also go swimming in our beautiful pool as well as participate in arts & crafts projects. Each week has a different “theme” for arts & crafts.


What should my child bring to camp?

Girls should wear a leotard. Boys should wear a T-shirt & elastic waist shorts. Please have the kids wear sneakers for walking & playing outdoors. If your child wears a watch or jewelry, let them leave it with you before camp. For swimming, please pack a bathing suit & towel as well as any ‘water muscles’, ‘floaties’, etc. that they may use when swimming. Please pack sunscreen!! Children should bring a healthy snack, for mid-morning break. Full day campers should also bring a healthy lunch and an additional snack. No soda, please!

Who are the teachers?

Our teachers are specially selected and trained to safely bring out the best in each child by encouraging each child to exceed their perceived limitations.  Without question, it is our special teachers who have made East Bay Gymnastics such a wonderful place for kids for so many years!  All coaches are certified for the gym and the pool.
